Ms. Wu is a successful investor as well as an experienced real estate developer. She worked as an investment professional at Wells Fargo Securities bond issuance department and Bank of America investment banking department. Ms. Jane Wu initiated Panorama Holdings, LLC in the United States with business sections spanning over real estate development, investment, finance, consultation and EB-5 projects.

Ms. Wu is dedicated to helping Chinese investors and companies to successfully invest in the United States. She founded North America Chinese Chamber of Commerce, which provides commercial, legal and cultural advice for Chinese enterprises to invest in the U.S. and facilitates Chinese companies in site selection and government incentives negotiation.
Ms. Wu won the 2018 Real Estate Forum Women of Influence Award. She was also the winner of Charlotte Business Journal 2019 Women in Business Achievement Award. She has been nominated for the 2019 50 Most Influential Women Awards by the Mecklenburg Times. -
Ms. Wu graduated with Master of Mathematical Finance from Belk College of Business at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.

Kevin earned his reputation as an effective leader in Congress by advancing key priorities and building strong relationships on both sides of the aisle. When he joined the U.S. House of Representatives in 2011, he became the youngest Republican appointed to the House Appropriations Committee and served until 2019.

As Chairman of the Homeland Security Subcommittee, Rep. Yoder drafted the FY2019 bill that allocated more than $50 billion to fund various agencies responsible for prioritizing the safety and security of American people – including Customs and Border Protection (CBP), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the U.S. Coast Guard, and the Secret Service.

Passage of the Email Privacy Act twice unanimously in the House. During a time of rapid technology evolution in the marketplace, Kevin built a coalition of conservatives and liberals and authored the most widely-supported bipartisan bill to protect digital communications from search and seizure.

Record setting increases in bio-medical research. Kevin helped secure the largest federal investment in research funding at the National Institutes of Health (NIH); and, successfully advocated for continuous increases to drive innovation in health research for all Americans.

Crafted the Fairness for High-Skilled Immigration Act to lift per-country caps on employment-based green cards and end the backlog of Indian and Chinese immigrants stuck in a decades-long wait to achieve permanent-resident status.

Kevin was as a Member of Congress from 2011 to 2019. During his time in office, he served on the House Appropriations Committee being appointed as a freshman member with responsibility for authoring legislation to establish and fund priorities of the federal government. In this capacity, Rep. Yoder served as Chairman of both the Homeland Security Subcommittee and the Legislative Branch Subcommittee. He also served on the Agriculture, Financial Services, Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, Commerce Justice and Science, State and Foreign Operations and Military Construction and Veterans Affairs subcommittees. Rep. Yoder also served on the House Steering Committee, as deputy Whip in the House GOP and Vice Chairman at the National Republican Congressional Committee.

Kevin received many accolades and awards for his voting record and leadership on a wide variety of issues, including Guardian of Small Business Award from the National Federation of Independent Businesses (NFIB), Spirit of Enterprise Award from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and Legislative Excellence Award from the National Association of Manufacturers (NAM). In 2012, along with Representative Emanuel Cleaver II (D-MO), Kevin received the Consensus Civility Award for his efforts to bring civility to public life as a Member of Congress.

Prior to being elected to Congress, Kevin represented Leawood and Overland Park as a Representative in the Kansas State Legislature, where he chaired the House Appropriations Committee. He divides his time between Washington, D.C., and Overland Park where he lives with his wife and their two daughters.

Carolyn is the Chair of American Immigration Lawyers (AILA) national EB-5 Committee. She has served as Chair, Vice-Chair, or Co-Chair for 6 years. In these capacities, Carolyn has authored key EB-5 legislative commentary since 2012 advocating for workable reform. Her current advocacy focuses on long-term EB-5 program reauthorization and expansion.

Carolyn authors leading publications, including the recently-published New USCIS EB-5 Redemption Policy Update (ilw.com, Nov. 2018), Analysis of Litigation to Expand EB-5 Visa Capacity (Regional Center Business Journal, Oct. 2018), and Straight Talk on Redeployment (EB5Investors Magazine, Nov. 2017). Her scholarship covers a wide array of EB-5 issues, with special focus on investment “at risk” analysis, material change, and targeted employment areas (TEAs).

Carolyn has helped organize international EB-5 conferences for various organizations, including AILA and EB5 Investors Magazine. Recent conferences she co-organized include the 2018 EB-5 Investors Magazine Convention in Los Angeles and the 2019 AILA National EB-5/Advanced Business Conference in Bangkok.

Carolyn is a member of the New York State bar and admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She received her J.D. from Cornell Law School where she served as Chancellor of the Moot Court Board. She received her B.A. cum laude from Williams College. She has been a visiting scholar at Exeter College, Oxford University and is a graduate of Stuyvesant High School in New York City.

As Chair of the Best Practices Committee of IIUSA, Ron worked with regional centers, developers, and EB-5 professionals to develop the first comprehensive list of best practices in the EB-5 industry.
